- The following are the accessibility arrangements at the reception to the factory located at Derech Menachem Begin 23, Tel Aviv (Levinstein Tower – 18 floor).
- Handicap parking places are in the parking lot, for vehicles up to a height of 3 meters.
- Continuous access from the parking lot through the entrance to the reception center and until the service desk.
- Handicap restrooms are accessible throughout the building.
- Information and guidance signage.
- Entry is permitted for service animals designated for the assistance of persons with disabilities.
- Service representatives may be approached for assistance as needed in completion of forms.

The company provides its disabled customers with the possibility to receive information delivered on behalf of the company, in various formats.
